As the subject lines says, will the side panels from a 89 fit a 87 honda elite?

i knew it was an elite, just didn't know what year. Al said he would be able to tell me in two secs what it was.. haha

Did they only make the pink elite in 87?

Is there markings anywhere on the frame to let you know what year elite you have?

I weigh like 230lbs.. thats why I chose those gears..

How much is that and where should I order all the stuff from? Which setup is more reliable?

I want more power from my 00 elite. How does this setup sound, and how reliable will it be? Any other suggestions? Different bore kits? Let me know what you think..
