I used to park mine on my front porch at night. I got up to go to work one moning and it was gone. It has not turned up yet. I now cable mine up when ever out of sight. My cable lock has an alarm that sounds if cut or disconnected.

I would pay 700.00. Too bad it costs so much to ship across country.

On my Spree, you can start it with the kick start and not hold the brake lever.
To start with the electric starter you must hold the brake lever.

To test for battery drain it is best to use a volt meter as there may
not be enough amperage to register on an amp meter. Place the
volt meter between the positive battery post and the positive cable.

Sounds like you have a piece of dirt in the needle and seat which is flooding the carburetor.

Typically there is a metal tab on the bottom of the frame with the number stamped on it. Only visible from underneath.
