sorry, posted under wrong topic...was running fine using electric start, I need either a drive pulley gear or driven gear to make kickstart work...anyway, was doing great, now makes a 'whirring' sound and won't start...the battery is new! any thoughts?

ordered a new spindle and return spring from hondaparts-direct for kick start assembly, put on the cover, but then noticed once i put the washer back on there was not clearance for the snap ring, the second set of cogs on the spindle is deeper than the older one, can i just put the snap ring on ...

OK, any suggestions on getting the drive pulley nut loose, am I going to need some power tool? Thinking maybe the starter pinion needs to be replaced, if I can find one...going to order a spindle and return spring, any tips on removing them?

I replaced kickstart assembly last year cause original part had worn teeth and driven gear, sure wished the electric start would work, anyways the used but functional assembly now has worn teeth, even worse than the original, but still has a better driven gear...should i try to swap out or should i ...

the tire, my son released some air and loosened the nut on the stem some more, re-aired and seemed to fix it...thanks for your response

had to replace front tire and tube, everything went pretty smooth, but after airing it up, it is lopsided...maybe the tube is twisted? gonna take off and check, otherwise any other problem i may be missing?

my son went down on spree a couple days ago, he's ok and spree seemed ok, but next evening, rear tire was flat, tried to pump it up with no success, noticed rim was bent in a couple of spots as well, assume i need a new rim and tire, my question...should i go all out and get one new if i can, or are ...

new at this...the kickstand is loose, do i need to replace that spring?...also, the rear brake cable seems loose and sometimes sticks...nonetheless, i am thrilled that my spree is still running...though, the electric start doesn,t work and recently had to replace the kickstart...i am hoping that i ...
