Do a search. Wheelman has several posts on best way to accomplish this. Whatever you do, DO NOT scratch or gouge the case , this will result in a poor seal condition. Take your time, young man.

Bought a parts bike last week and received two Polini 72cc BBK's along with other spare parts. It's obvious that both pistons and cylinder walls have been deeply scratched and will not hold compression. Is it worth machining these? I did not see any oversized Polini pistons at Daywot or anywhere ...

Have a chance to pick up a non-running Elite with an aftermarket exhaust badged as "ZX". It has a custom expansion chamber and then a silencer that folds back on top of the chamber. Anybody have any experience or opinion on this exhaust?

Installed a brand new 28mm OKO carb today, CT manifold and Korso air filter. Installed new throttle cable and routed it correctly.
