Electically dead

I have a 86 Spree which my daughter said "it just died" It seems to be an electrical problem. With key on and kill switch in run position, the only thing response I can find in that the horn works and the turn signal lights (will not flash). No head light, no starter, no sign of opwer to instrument ...
