when me and the guys used to go out riding on the quads, and stop for breaks it would be a prank to turn someones gas off when they weren't looking. 90% of the time it would happen at a perfect time, like after riding thru water or something. it was funny watching them freak out.

thanks scootfast, just call me a idiot. i did check all the grounds prior to my post. after you answered i figured id check the wires a little closer. turns out i never hooked the ground up to the battery. with all the extra electrical items fuel pump, temp gauge, hid light, battery tender, i just ...

New Battery, Still Got Nothin
I just installed a new battery, and nothing powers off it. Everything works when engines running just weak at low rpm's. Brake light doesnt come on, horn wont make a peep with ignition on. The new battery has 12.84V. Continuity test good thru the fuse up the frame thru ignition switch to the voltage ...

the is no information about the crank case port or untouch porting... :surprise:

that is the reason why you went blow up 3 cylinders...
crankcase need to clean out real good.
any metal shaving lay on the bottom crank case... from seize bore. any metal shaving damage ...

check for a air leak and make sure the compression is 125. use the kick lever and not the electric start to check that. also make sure your not using a long hose and a adapter for the compression tester. it adds volume to the head so compression readings will be lower

55 pilot 140 main air fuel screw 2 turns out needle clip middle. try it with the 145 you got and see if thats to rich first.
I'm running 145 now its to rich from 1/2 throttle to full throttle ther really isn't any speed gain and my rpms are maxing out 8k. but if I'm cruzing in 1/4 to 1/2 throttle ...

need help on jetting start point.
Have a 44.1 mini stroked 50mm PG bore, PG Long, and 28 mm OKO Carb. (Builds in signature)I'm looking for a start point with my jetting. I was way over jetted trying to cool my high compression now, I have no clue what sizes to order. I have pilots 50-60 and mains 145-158. Thanks
