Haha I deff pride in my work but its a scooter not a lambo so relax. I took the spree down last sat to my local street races and beat almost all the cars I raced. The scooter isn't meant for turning just to go in a straight line.

I plan on putting the bottle on it and running a 10 shot and bring ...

dosnt come out the hole like a 2 stroke but mine is pretty quick... get about 50 55mph. parts are everywhere and super cheap. its a lot longer than stock so turning isnot as good as it should

overall its a cheap fun swap and i love it other than turning radius i have no issues with this swapp

what's the real story? were you driving too fast , erratically ... etc?

it doesnt matter if your headlight was on or not.
all that matters is that you were in on-coming traffic on a thru-street. if anyone is pulling out into that traffic, they do NOT have right-of-way.
if you sped up or were speeding to begin with, you could be in the wrong, however, if anyone pulls ...
