Well here is my spree, sorry the camera has no flash so i brightened them in an editor. Needs a seat cover. I need to fix the gas guage. And i need more power/speed. It goes about 31-32 on a flat road. Next I plan on increasing fuel/air thru the carb. bigger jet. better air filter. What can i expect ...

I don't think its a lean/rich problem. The screw adjustment is for idling, to adjust the lean rich on mine it has notches on the main needle where the c clip is 1lean 2norm 3rich 4richer (from top to bottom) I know you probably sick of people telling you to clean the carb, and maybe you have but ...

thats what i have a universal filter for a riding lawn mower but maybe they (the lawnmowers) have fuel pumps. i guess the way to test it would be to disconnect it from the carb suck on the vac line and see if the fuel flows freely.
