i have a really goofy question. i've seen people argue about that whole turbo on a two stroke thing, and i don't care to go there. but what if a person were to come up with a way to apply just the right amount of vacuum to the exhaust side?w/no boost on the intake. kinda like an artificial expansion ...

It goes about 31-32 on a flat road. Next I plan on increasing fuel/air thru the carb. bigger jet. better air filter. What can i expect ...

I don't think its a lean/rich problem. The screw adjustment is for idling, to adjust the lean rich on mine it has notches on the main needle where the c clip is 1lean 2norm 3rich 4richer (from top to bottom) I know you probably sick of people telling you to clean the carb, and maybe you have but ...

i have the same problem but my spree wil run and idle fine for about a minute. i found some good info in the service manual (avail. in the tech docs) on testing the bystarter, and enrichment circuit of the carb. maybe the float and or needle valve is stuck.

thats what i have a universal filter for a riding lawn mower but maybe they (the lawnmowers) have fuel pumps. i guess the way to test it would be to disconnect it from the carb suck on the vac line and see if the fuel flows freely. Its a pretty big filter. i'll take it out as part of my process of ...

thats it? i was under the impression that the final drive gears were different, and/or there was some kind of restricting plate on the front clutch.

Why couldn't you just run a bigger motorcycle battery. wouldn't that use less space than two ped batts. where could a person get a bigger charging system say for a spree.
