just found out keith was killed when he hit a wall in late 2009 while on a test run!

i have an 84 and an 85. 84 don"t even have a petcocck cover!

don't want to sound stupid BUT you do know that the bearing end on early(94-98)final drive is 15mm as opposed to 16.5mm on late (99-01) just tell me to shut-up

had trouble w my 84 spree. starter drive was coming out too far and sticking in the drive pulley teeth.
weasled the little spring clip off the starter drive shaft and stuck a hogged out 1/4" washer on the shaft
then put the spring clip back on so the starter drive could not extend quite as far out ...
