Over the winter, I let my scooter sit in the garage with some fuel in the tank, and I did not add fuel stabilizer or anyhing so the carb would not gum up. It now seems to be gummed up, so I have been spraying Gumput Carb cleaner in the carb, and I have finally gotten it to do more than just turnover ...

The scooter has new fuel, new spark plug, new battery and put some carb cleaner in the carb and it has only started one time.

It has not started since, however, it is turning over constantly, but for some reason it will not start.
