Re: My builds Elite SR

I think your 30mm carb might be a little too big. I always read that people recommend a 28 or even a 24. As for breaking it in make sure to do some of heat cycles and get a CHT gauge. With a corsa and PG long, performance variator, perhaps new tires, and properly tuned it seems like you can be ...

Re: My builds Elite SR

What kind of mods do you have in your SR? I see you have ct intake and UNI filter with a PG long so I'm assuming some sort of bbk. I like the elite e. If you do manage to swap it, it'll be supahhhhhh stretched like those ruckus with the gy6 fatty mods.

Well i was going to go Taiwan 90 cc an port ...

Stop taking s*** off of it and sell it to me before you destroy it. I have a 2006 Yamaha TTR 50 I may trade you if you want it. Do you have any pics of your scooter? I may even drive up there and scoop it up how far away from nashville, tn do you live?

Re: 2001 elite sa50 Air box mod help??

If it runs good without the box... maybe try getting a pod filter? It could possibly be a little quieter with the pod filter and the ones I have had on other bikes do not really restrict your air like the stock box. The uni filters look like they could muffle some sound, too ;But I have no ...

Re: Rear wheel

Greetings:

The rims are stamped steel. Real easy to bend if ham-fisted tire-changer puts it in a machine.
The Met rim is both wider (2.15" vs. 1.85") and can run the tire Tubeless.

BTW a customer of mine recently suggested Lawn & Garden repair shops as a good place to have a tire installed if'n ...

Re: Elite build bbk help

You will need an 8.44:1 or lower so you won't over rev an engine like 72cc's.
9:1's will be too high of gear on a bbk in my opinion.
Did you check with redeftperformance? I recommend the Malossi kit.
Im going for more lower end for uphills and wheelies and only 55mph. More is cool but I really ...
