rode it for a while yesterday and it ran fine just didnt want to idle, i had to baby it to keep it running at the stop lights. maybe i need a smaller main

Its running alright with the 105, doesn't want to get past 30 mph though. I think it could have something to do with my 30 year old drive belt.

It does feel spongy up top. I may need to adjust the needle. It will stall if I give it full throttle off the line and seems to max out around half ...

I am running a Malossi 65cc kit.

Just installed my taz pwk kit with ct manifold and 24mm oko. Currently running with a 95 jet. I have a stock exhaust. What size jet would you recommend for this setup?

Is adjusting the air/fuel screw the same as the stock with in being rich and out being lean? What is the optimal setting?

I got an AF05e with a malossi BBK on it for free because he didnt chamfer the bore, make sure you chamfer the ports or you will have the cylinder chip away at the ports, scar the piston and bore and ruin it. I wouldnt use the stock carb if possible either. At least use a 100 jet, that malossi jet ...

My float is sunk in my 88 Elite 50. It no longer works and gas just pours out of the carb constantly. Where can I buy a new float?

I have removed my headlight housing and I want to run just handlebars so what are my options? What bars will fit? How have you guys gone about mounting the switches? Has anyone tried using different controls that have the kill switch and blinkers built in, like on a Ruckus?
