Will post an update on everything replied soon. The scoot is at my buddy's place. Thanks to all that replied. Also, the headlight got nuclear bright when it did run with everything hooked up.

Everything is matched up. Without any electronics connected, it runs perfect.once I hook up everything to the stator, it barely wants to run, turn the lights on bright and it dies. What could be causing this issue? Everything worked before on the spree.

I know it's not all plug and play, so after reading I see you need to splice the stator wire. Where exactly does it go? Does anyone have a picture or diagram to show the swap wiring?

UPDATE:
Compression test came out good, and it seems the exhaust port was open from my exhaust moving (Lost both bolts on the ride it seems.) So, could that cause the backfire? There was tons of oil/gas that was present on that side.

So, my spree swap was running fine all day. 330 max temp and all. Went to hook the electrical back up to the rectifier to get the lights worker and not it won't run or barely run. It backfires, will start for a few minutes then shut off, and when I when I hold the brake lever down, it runs better ...

The lights on my spree keep going out/not working. I swapped a spree with everything working fine. Then everything was working fine for a few minutes then nothing. No lights, blinkers, nothing. What could cause this and where should I begin troubleshooting?
