Powersportsplus.com has the stock piston if that's what you want. or you can go bbk you should check the cylinder for scores and replace the rings while you're at it. Find out why the plug hit the piston. Maybe the wrong plug was used?

thanks wheelman it's the typhoon v8 daywot on ebay. it's just amazing how the bike goes from torquey wheelie wonder to no balls until it hits around 35 then it's fast all the way to WOT clocked 49mph on gps that's about 8mph faster than the stock pipe it's just slower getting to 35

hello i'm new to the forum i have a 94 sa 50 af16 stock carb 100 main jet and have a 50mm bbk i was running stock exhaust. i got a V8 pipe in the mail today and installed it and now i have no low end torque the top end is much faster. but low end is much slower i played with the weights in the ...

I did the marker test and also noticed the belt is slipping on the marker test the belt didn't advance up the vari the variator looks worn so time to replace the belt and the vari. belt is some carquest misc fan belt for a car looks to narrow

plug looks normal. 9 gram weights, no washer i drilled it out before i put it back on after mounting the bbk. i saw it when i was looking at the exhaust i was like :*: wow look at that small hole. Where's my drill? LOL

no it's not flat looks like the normal bowlish shape. i tryed it with and without the rear cover seems slightly better without.?? parts for these scoots are confusing everything is for a dio AF18 or AF27 i have a AF16

stock ramp plate was thinking that might be part of it. the plug looks fine it's not white and it's not that black either cylinder looked good to still cross hatched thinking i'm gonna have to get an exhaust

Thanks wheelman for the reply guess at this point i should disassemble and see what's happening. the 100 jet was sold with the kit i bought so figured it was substantial. i'll examine the plug and go from there. thanks for the help. i'll update on what happens. but the best way to explain the issue ...
