Um no.

The item on the right is the starter relay.

The item on the left is more than just a heatsink, it has a plug and electronics inside of it.

So it's the rectifier on the left?

What is this a picture of?

Came off a '90 Elite E. It was located on the left rear of the moped, mounted under/next to the seat. It's on the left side of the picture.

Suck on the vacuum tube that goes from the bottom of the fuel valve to the intake pipe. Gas doesn't flow through this tube if your valve is working correctly.

If any key including a screwdriver works on the seat lock, it
may not be helpful in getting a key for the ignition.

The ignition switch does have alpha numeric codes for the key.
Some dealers can cut or order a key from the code.

Shop/Service Manual for Elite?

In the faq, most of the links are broken. Does anybody have a link to a Honda Elite E 50cc service manual?

edit: Please disregard this, it looks like the manuals are working again. Weird.

you can open the seat by sticking a screwdriver in the slot and turning the seat lock doesnt actully lock. or at least thats how it is on a spree. a dealer might not cut that key but a locksmith will. you can tell the year by looking at the tag riveted to the frame behind the front wheel

Thanks ...
