I keep having the nut on the front pulley come off while driving. I have ranked it down multiple times, then just had the thought of the washer, is there suppose to be a washer between the nut and the starting gear? It kinda goes oO()() nut, washer, big gear, variator. Should I take that washer out ...

Just finished up redoing the rearend, to Get rid of the stock looking rear and go more sleek. Tis is how she came out

I also have a jet kit on it, with a 90 jet in there right meow.

I have 8.4g rollers in there now and a ruckus variator.

I was going to go with the 2k spring, and the clutch which I have but I can't seem to get the nut off the clutch, any quick thoughts on that?
