Running on a six volt 84 spree
I just realized that I am running on a 6 volt when a 12 is called for. Everything seems to work fine on the bike. Am I gona damage something by keeping this battery? It's a brand new 5 pound.

It does rest against the bar but it is too far back, the stand does look a little curved but it folds almost flat against the frame of the bike. can you bend them back? is it common for them to get bent like this ?

I meant to say centerstand not kickstand
Sorry new at this bike. It is the centerstand I am having trouble with. It moves too far forward and does not stop in position to hold the bike up. I do not see anything missing or bent. What is supposed to hold it in position ?

1984 honda spree kick stand
My 84 spree kick stand does not stop in the correct position. It swings all the way forward to rest against the bottom of the frame. I do not see what is missing that is supposed to make it stop in the correct position to hold the bike up. Can any one help?
