It's an '86 registration but I think it's year of production might be a couple of years before that. I've rebuilt the top end and it starts but it accelerates very slowly upto a max of 15mph and a hill will drop that to 5pmh. I've never had a twist and go gearbox and it feels to me that the issue is ...

I had no idea I'd registered here before ! But yes 9 years it's sat in the garage. Incase there are others out there that might know these tb07 engines my question is which engine and gearbox parts are shared with other models and thus might be replacable with new ?
