It takes grease "out of your way" (and they do make rubber gloves).

Dawn Liquid Dish Washing soap, lots of elbow grease and hang it up to dry for a few days.

Well, I have 6 laying around the house (3 are mine) so it would be pretty silly if I didn't wear one.
