It is repainted to neon green and gloss black gears sre ordered and here soon the 90cc jug 44mm crank carb intake variator clutch and jap tail light will be orsered also pics will be posted as soon as i figure out how

took it for a 5 mile run after i did 8 heat ups at idel and it has more top speed that my cousins elite ( dont worry i didnt go wot i kept it real suttle and always under half )

i did not use rtv i spent a little extra to get real gaskets it pays in the end to do it right the first time ,
its all together and running im running 64 to 1 premix for the brake in and then i think 32 to 1 after (im premixing cause the oil pump was fried witch explains why it seized up on the ...

the bore will need to be honed and you need new rings
witch would you recommend for the job a wire honer ball honer or a fingered honer from my reading there seems to be conflict between them keep in mind ive never done this before but ive got a spare jug to practice on before i try it on my good ...
