Should I be looking to buy any new electrical components? How can I test the CDI and starter relay and such? I want to get this baby running again... I'm spending WAY too much money on driving my car around town everyday!

No FUSE!
I checked for this fuse connected to the battery box. I can see where this fuse once was however it looks like a previous owner has cut this inline fuse out and has replaced it with a standard slide connector (like the two connections off the 1985 coils). So now I have eliminated that as a possible ...

The coil is not getting any current, so the problem is back from there. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know getting a CDI(i think thats what it ...

Spree runs, but not well
Ok so I just had a new piston and rings installed by a local guy who did a great job. My spree had no air filter on at the time and he tuned it and it ran to my surprise very well. Today I installed the bottom half of the airbox/rear mud fender and put a "cut your own" foam filter to match the ...

Rigged up a new air filter.... how do I adjust the carb?
Using some Gauze and some tape I have rigged up a decent air filter for the time being... until it rains. I need to tune the carb because it bogs out when I try to accelerate.... I want to drive it around tonight so any suggestions would be sweet, Thanks!

Top speed is currently 26 MPH, it has about 5600 miles on it.... I need to look into getting a new rectifier? A guy at a shop said a stator? I have no idea, but the thing is just sitting right now so I need to figure this all out.....

Clarification
FYI: with just the stock battery connected w/o a jump it will turn over at a decent rate, but still won't start.

Airbox cover and filter flew off, now bogs under throttle
The airbox cover and air filter flew off after hitting a hard bump in the road, now I can only go about 15 mph and if I give it any throttle the engine bogs down. Any ideas on how to fix this without getting another airbox cover and filter?

Only starts when jumped
With a good battery my honda spree will not start unless I have it jumped by my car battery. Obviously this means a bigger battery would fix the problem but is there anything else I can do? The stock size battery cranks the motor at a decent rate for a good duration of time. I don't really want to ...
