For my Honda Elite Front Drum brake to Disk brake conversion, I have the NCY Triple tree stem and front legs / gas shocks struts.

Two questions:

1. How far should I insert the shocks / legs / struts in to the tree?
----------There are two allen bolts, and on the legs there is one notch at the top ...

I am working on a front end conversion from drum brakes to disk brakes on my 1996 Elite SR.

My question- how do people make the brake light button work when making this swap?

The original brake lever unit has a little black plastic pin that when the space between the brake lever and bars is open ...

I have a 96 Elite with a Corsa BBK, Polini CP, Arrow pipe, ZX trans, Malossi Crank and variator, Gears, and an auxiliary gas tank plus a few other things here and there. Planning of F2F but looking for anyone down to go on rides more frequently in the Seattle area!
