Nice lil salvage yard you found there. Honda Express are the Same from 77-80. 81's share some parts but have 2-speed motors. SR Express shares nothing at all, its a different animal. I am sure I am not the only one with this problem. They come from swap meets, sales, newspaper ads craigslist, word of mouth and even show up at my house anonymously. I spend half my summer acquiring these beauties. Then comes winter, I look around and think wow! Maybe I bit off more than I can chew ...

I would drain the gas for safety sake. There is a furnace in your basement I assume. You may get away with out it but put that thing as far away from the furnace and water heater as possible.
