I'm about to sell my Spree. Is the Owners Card with the scooter's VIN suffice? That's all I got from the previous owner. This is the same as
the Title correct. Mine is old and it's the size of a credit card and is on card stock.

Please tell me this "the title"....

or painting it. If I keep it, how hard is it to adapt a race exhaust like

I'm retarded. I ended up taking it to Sportique a scooter store here in Denver. They said they could do it for $72

It will start. Just when I give it gas, it dies. Then I restart it, then
give it gas and it dies. I've had it for 2 days now and it seems like
it was $600 down the drain. So I called Sportique in Denver and they
want $69/hr to fix it. This sucks.
