I have a .040 jet in it and it runs awesome with the new Arrow exhaust. It was going as fast at 2/3rds throttle as it was at full throttle and now it just comes alive at full throttle. I put extra 2 stroke oil in the gas using stock oil pump and it is way to rich on oil, but that is what I wanted ...

Sounds like the float isn't closing the fuel inlet all of the way. Might have to take intake off and see if there is gas filling up the bowl and flooding into the throat of the carb. Good luck with the troubleshooting.

Anyone know what size jet I should start with on a Honda Elite SR with the Corsa 70cc kit on it. Should get my Arrow Exhaust in tonight to put on it.
