In a spree which is not mixed, more oil does not mean leaner. You are confused and referring to a two stroke runing mixed gas. In such a two stroke the added oil makes the fuel thicker which makes less fuel travel through the jets. The oil never travels through the jets in a spree. Kenny is confused.

Spree boggin down Uphills at 15 MPH
I have a 1985 NQ50I, had an air leak in bottom end so I switched for another. Before it would top out at 20 on level ground now it is about 25.
