Poor take off on 1989 Elite

I bought a used 1989 SB50P Elite. It seems to run well. It starts quickly and idles well. It goes down the road pretty decent, probably 25 MPH. I cant tell for sure because the speedometer cable is broken. It is so slow on the take off, that it is rediculous. I replaced the two clutch shoes, put in ...
