Picked this up a few weeks ago for $125 Had to clean the carb, change out all fluids, and some red fuison paint (was painted color shifting paint)

idle and air screw What am I missing?
I just got done cleaning my carb on my 1995 sa50s and when I took out the air and idle needle/ adjusted screws I must not of noticed the springs and or washers behind them. If they were in there I must of blasted them with air not knowing they were in there.
All I have is the 2 needle adjusted ...

It has power, resistance at the by starter was 4 pulled it out, needle looked good, moved easy. Started it with the hole covered and let it run and the plunger/needle expanded out By starter seems to be ok. Put it back together after it cooled down and restarted it, Idle a little high and slowly ...

update Before taking the carb apart I tried to test the auto bystarter. I get no power to the connection from the harness to bystarter running or not. Should I get power there?
