Yeah, I already attempted to adjust the rear nut and it was so adjusted that the rear tire was not free rolling hardly at all...Looks like I need a new cable then???

I have front brake action but my rear brake is inoporative. The cable looks stretched a bit and pulling in the left handle seems to do nothing.
