How would the hi-speed pulley effect hill climbs? will it still get me up the hill? I really don't care if the climb slow, as long it still climb.

Just got this a month ago for $100, the only thing that was arong with it was 2 missing bolt to the carbs. I was amaze that it ran without it, but not very good. Once the bolts were in, it ran just fine, 30-35 mph average. Good strong startup and slow down to 30 mph up hill.
