I think they are like 30 bucks but am not completely sure..maybe $34

You could try a product called cable lube. Maybe the best would just be to get a new throttle cable.

yeah, I agree..if the cable is bent and not straight and such it would be best to just get a new cable. As for sludge I don't see why you couldn't get something to clean it out..I've seen some ...

Just follow the cable down to see if it is bent or twisted..It might have sludge on the inside of the cable causing it to get "stuck" too

My top speed is 38, I still have a restricted CDI

The fastest I ever need to go on my commutes are two roads for about two miles each at 45mph but I can't do it yet. After that everything's 25-35mph speed limits.

Besides the cold I enjoyed riding in the snow last night..since we didn't have enough to take out snowmobiles, I did the next best thing..the moped haha. technically by removing the restrictor on the front clutch and drilling the exhaust your moped is still stock

so you dont ride it around before you do the chop? you just put the plug in and go WOT ? if you were to ride it home after you did the plug chop without changing plugs would it ruin it?

Since it'll be a new plug you can let it warm up and then take your WOT run and hit the killswitch/turn it off ...
