Adjust the needle jet. move the clip up one notch, then retest.

You forgot to mention...CHROME!!!! There is a lot of chrome on that beast. Looks wicked. Did you have to grind out the crankcase to get 85cc in there? New crank?

Glad to see that you got a disk on there too, the first pic, didn't have one, that must have been kinda scary!

Thanks Dac, I have had a few traffic light drag races with other bigger cc scooters and around the city street The Dio keeps up no problems, usually faster

I've just joined up, here are a few pics of my 'lil Honda Dio.

Done a few mods:

72cc triple port big bore kit
new racing manifold
21mm PWK carb currently running 105 main jet
few other things too... She goes pretty good
