New to the forum, got some pics :)

Here she is, i have had her for about a month as a project at college. I have been lurking this forum since i have had it and am finally official. So far i have done:

Repainted most parts
Tune up of carb
Replacing broken stuff: Turn signal switch, floor board, inner leg shield.
New parts, 3rd tail ...

It depends, on a few things: How stiff is the vinyl? If it is stiff, it probably doesn't have much life left. How does it look? is it faded? Does it have stains? If it looks good, it might be worth fixing. How much does a patch cost? If it is more than 20 bucks, you might want to have it recovered ...

I worked at an upholstery shop. I have re covered lots of motorcycle seats, and only on some with a really complex designs did we use glue(upholstery glue) Use a hot hair dryer or heat gun on the fabric to help stretch it. Just don't melt anything. feel free to ask me questions, i can help.
