Yeah, I'd like to know this too. My gauge is stuck at halfway no matter how much is in the tank.

Just switched to Fuchs Silkolene semi-synthetic. No problems so far...

I think they're getting pretty rare here. NZers are notoriously rough on their vehicles, and they're probably seen as not worth restoring.

The guy I got mine from has another red one that has been worked and goes like a rocket. Other than that, I think mine is the only one in town.

Yeah, I like the retro headlight design better than the "Spree" version.

Couple of pictures of my NQ50. They were called "Nifty 50" over here, rather than "Spree". I've had it about three weeks, and as far as I know it's all stock. Needs a bit of a tidy up here and there, but runs well.

Nah, I'll probably just bust out some Mr. Muscle from under the sink when the wife's not looking.

I'm in good old Masterton.

Easiest way probably is to go to a signwriter. My brother in law is one and he can look up a decal on the net, scan/copy it and print it out on stick-on vinyl in about ten minutes.

I'm going to get him to do up some decals for my scooter at some stage.

Sounds like a good idea.

Would (car engine) degreaser spray work?
