well, i went from street to knobby and the only difference is the noise it makes on the pavement. Think one of those offroad trucks and how noisy they are on the pavement, then scale it down to a spree size tire. I have to say i will not be going back to street, because i love the fact that I can go ...

The install was sooooo easy, hope you like the pic!

I just took it for a test drive, and i cut thru some mud puddles, a baseball field, and a playground. They also handle well on the street.

Key + Ignition = stuck

My key is going into the ignition just fine, but it wont turn either way. It takes like 5 minutes of jiggling back and forth for it to finally get it to move from the off position. Any ideas?

Also, how much is a new one if its shot? Thanks!

Ps- i have an 86 spree

Registering in Michigan

What did you guys need to register your spree? I have no title for it, and no documentation that I ever bought mine, because it was from a friend who inherited from a death in the family, so she doesnt have any documentation either.

I called SOS and they said I need documentation, but what kind?

yea I know what hes talking about, but i think that nub is bent or something cause its not dropping in like he says it should. If I do it backwards it drops in further, but thats cause the smaller notch is wider.

Guess i will have to do some tinkering.

86 spree reed?

when i bought my spree the carb and such was taken off. I keep hearing about checking the gap in your reed and cleaning you carb if it hasnt run in awhile.

What is a reed, and where are they?
