Wow...60 is pretty fast. I wanna get my Elite up to at least 55 for Highway use...Can U really put a 72cc bore on a 50cc?

Hey! I haven't posted in a while. Some issues w/ a part made me drop my project for quite some time. Anyway, I was wondering what a good price would be to ask on my 89 Elite if I were 2 sell it. Here's the stats on it:
-recently repainted
-rebuilt engine(no new miles since rebuild)
-No tails or rear ...

hmmm...my scooter hasn't gone at all yet...although from it's damage it looks like someone hotrodded it. I've heard reports of my scooter's type hitting about 30 though mileae rox tho!

I dunno where to post this, but I guess I'll put it here. See, My 1989 Elite SB 50 has most of the body panels gone, and the bottom of the front panel is snapped. Recently, I saw a pic of an 87, and all the body panels appeared connected. Was there a body style difference between the 87 and 89, do I ...

I am missing both side panels for my Elite SB. I need suggestions on replacement. I cannot afford new paels, here's the parts I have access to:
-metal piping
-sheet metal
-metal rods
-welder

I'm jealous too....LOL

IMy crankshaft gave in on me when I attached a puller...right after I attached the puller, rapped it a little, then stood back and said "oh come on, something's gotta give in!"(the time before I said this also, the puller broke).

Shoot, I hope I never do something like that....considering where I'm from it would be a hour-long walk home from wherever I'd be driving to LOL
