My needle clip was 4th notch & my free-play is right. I don't know where to look anymore for my problem.
In the carb, is there a idle jet that could be dirty? Cause when I give gas the engine is responding well but the idle just die if I don't give throttle.

Throttle adjustment is the throttle free-play?

I think I made a mistake when I reassemble the needle.

Because of the (2) needle clip on the picture, I put it on the 2nd notch but it's the 4th notch from the top that is suppose to be, am I right?

And for the throttle cable ...

Does anybody know if a 1985 NB50 Aero have a restrictor plate?

And by the way, it is really hard to start wen hot, I have to give throttle to make it start... But when it's cold, it start in 1 turns

I cleaned my carb and now I don't have idle at all wen the engine is hot. Wen it's cold, it's start well and idle poorly and wen it's hot, I have to give a little bit of trottle at the red light because the engine die. I tried to play with the trottle screw but nothing happen ...

I want to speed up my 85 Aero 50 and I'm new in the scooter domain. I'm not sure about rollers, how the weight interact with top speed or acceleration. Could somebody explain that to me? And by the way, what's the best setup for my scooter?

Just to know if it's easy to swap a 85 Aero engine in a 87 spree. I have a beat up aero and it's a way faster than the spree. If it can be done, it is bolt on?

I just got a stock 87 spree for free and i want to know what the top speed is suppose to be on that kind of bike. The bike as 3000 miles and past the last 3 years in a shed. I cleaned the carb and I'm just doing 25 mph. I know it's suppose to be more but how more? I'll try to clean ...
