well the scooter search continues

About 2 hrs south of chicago in Bloomington Il
And there is no way in * any scooter I know would make it to chicago.
55 can get bad in car screw going 30 MPH in a scooter.

if I could hit 35 I would be really pleased w/ that I don't need much else


Would you say 800 is unreasonably high, Or just a tad.
It seems like an OK buy considering he is also getting it tagged for me which is around 50 in Illinois

yeah I thought 800 seemed a little high not by much but a little bit
but it is in perfect condition starts right up
nice and clean
I think I am going to get it
I don't know much about scooters
But I assume I should start w/ a more air in and out
And maybe bigger squirters in the carb (if it can ...

I have an offer on what appers to be a very nice 1987 Spree
He wants 800 W/ Tag and Title
Is this fair ?
What is the most realistict MPH on this
I am good w/ cars so I plan on modding this, what is a good reference guide to help me along my path to 35MPH Spree goodness
