Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

The exact same thing happened to my spree while it was sitting for a couple months. I sucked all of the oil out of the case and am just going to run premix now. How long should it take to burn off the rest in the case? I think it is adding quite a bit to my smoke problem.

I figured that marking out as soon as I put the cylinder down and it was facing the wrong direction. Learning through mistakes and the long way to everything.

I took my oil pump out and drained it, what is the best way to "force" oil back into the out hole?

I am using Havoline TC-3W two cycle engine oil. I looked it up and it doesnt say it is injection oil. But it doesnt say it isnt either. "use in your motorcycle"

I had to take apart and clean my turn signal selector to get the lights to work. once you clean all of the contacts put a little dielectric grease in there and you wont have to deal with it for another 22 yearsIt took about 30 minutes total.

Can anybody tell me how wide the spree oil pump is at the o rind that seats in the motor? Also, how much the shaft sticks out and how much goes into the pump?

Does anybody know what is different on these oil pumps? I have a sb50 that needs one and can only find spree parts. I still have my old one, including the shaft, but oil doenst come out. I am unsure how to check to see if it is working, other than see if oil gets pumped out. Has anybody taken one ...
