How do you "chew up" a stock head?
I got the bike that way. The whole bike was way moded to the max. You would have to work hard to do that much damage. There are little pits in the inside of the head and on top of the piston like chunks of something kicked it in there for a little while. Come to ...

...I have never heard of calculating compression that way. Can anyone verify this method?...
I know you can compute the Compression Ratio (approximately) from the Compression but I'm not sure my formula is right. I really want someone to verify (or tell me the right way) too.
The liquid method you ...

I made two head gaskets out of 0.025" copper
I made two head gaskets out of 0.025" copper for a total of 0.050" and replaced the head gasket that came with the kit with them.
Now I get 180 psi which is 12.25 compresion ratio.
This is real close to what my formula predicts so I think I got the formula for calculating what compression results ...

Dio, budget 72cc kit has 215 psi compression
Trying a budget build of a 94-01 SA50P with 72cc kit from Taiwan, a used Malossi head and a Typhoon pipe.
I used the thin paper base gasket and fairly thin aluminum head gasket that came with the kit (seems to be holding).
I'm getting 215 psi compression which seems high to me.
That's 14.6 to 1 ...

Street Fighter Aero
All my plastics are way baked on my 86 Aero so, I going to "street fighter" it.
Basically strip off all the plastic and paint the frame black.
Of course, I'm going to make it pull wheelies and go 50 but, thats another thread.
