mine did that then i put a piece of tape around the whole airbox to seal it really good then it ran like it was brand new!!

Yea today i decided to plug it back in and it got really hot and almost melted.. So im guessing thats it.. But it runs good when its not plugged in so im happy... Ill contact those people for sure.. Thanks

i already checked it.. And that seems to be my problem so im thinking i just need to buy a new one.. Do you have one you can send to me? Ill pay you with paypal right now

Alright now that ive wasted all day fixing this thing ive came to a conclusion the my receptier (spell check) went bad... (The black box on the left side with cooling fins.?.) I went throught ever piece of wire on the scooter and found nothing then i unpluged that box again and got a piece of wire ...

No i do not

could it be my alternator because when im running the scooter i just watch my battery die.. and when i leave it hooked up for about 20 minutes with key off its dead..

like every wire on the scooter?? Even up in the dash panel?

d*** now my battery dies just went it is plugged into the scooter.. This is a nightmare im burned out..This is now my 2nd new battery

But is there a reason why my lights work and they get brighter when i disconnect that black box?

I did do that last night started right up this morning.. ran around the block and came home started again then my light started dimming and such Then the battery died.. But i disconnected the box on the left side and lights got brighter and my dash lights worked?? Kinda weird

Well when the battery is charging on the scooter the black box on the left gets pretty hot but so does the started motor.. Could that be my problem?

alright went and played with it some more.. While the battery is not connected to the scooter it shows that it is charged.. When connected to the scooter my test light shows that its barely alive... Grr i hate electrical

Got it all running today bought a few parts along with a new battery... I was having power issues earlier in the day and decided to just go buy a new battery.. Well i installed it after i got home (after Charging it) and im having the same problems.. Its will not stay charged.. It started the bike ...
