REAR WHEEL REMOVAL
I have a dumb question....I am going to remove the rear wheel from my scooter and I want to see if I am right.
After I take off the muffler and remove the so called "nut from *"
is it pretty straight forward?
Would it be like pulling a rear wheel from a car with the wheel attached to the drum?

locked up rear brake
The 87 elite 150 that I just bought has a rear brake that is locked up solid.
Any idea's?
I think it has something to do with that funky parking brake.
Also...I have not pulled the carb yet and tried to get it started and all I get is a lot of grinding and a little puff now and then....carb cleaning ...

bystarter
I have the manual here for the 83-84 aero...although it seems most of it applies to 83's....not sure about the fuel thing though....if I give it a quick spray of starting fluid, it fires right up till it uses all of it up and then sputters out.....I HAVE read all of the warnings about using starter ...

bystarter
OK....I have done some more research...about 3 hours, and it sounds as though my scooter has a vacuum bystarter. When I look at the carb area, I see something sitting above the carb with 3 hoses going to it. Is that the bystarter? If it is, how do I test it or is there a way to clean and or lube it?
