Is a Tact or older Dio worth it?

A friend of mine has a 00 Dio which is the ideal motor I'd like to swap into my 88 Pal, I'm just having a hard time finding the vertical mount cylinder with the 2-piece belt cover.

The two current options that are available are, an engine from a Honda Tact (which I know nothing about) or possibly ...

Don't bother with LED's...

In order to try and save battery life and to be better seen on the road, the goal was to replace what bulbs I could with LED ones. With the exception of the headlight, which I found a crystal white bulb for 8)

Putting an 1157 LED bulbs for the brake light works fine, and that's about it. I picked ...

Personally I'd fix up the black one and use the red one as parts. Then sell off any extra parts off the red one on here :wink:
