Low speed
I had the 25MPh problem as well. Also had an issue with the throttle, too much throttle and the engine cut out. Turned out to be a problem with the mixture screw. I can now run full throttle and get 30 MPh. Also check the airfilter. I didn't have one at first, replacing it seemed to make a ...
