honda spree pipe design Please help

Ok heres the thing yesterday i put a pocket bike expansion chamber on! Heres the thing i can reach MAX RPMS only when i role a 1/4 throttle back!

Heres what im running

Free Flow uni
Tazland001 special big bore ( Recomend this kit )
and a 95 jet

Did a few trial runs today. I am still using a what i call a service sprk plug. (Will get that changed out monday) However, my bike is running a consistant 30+ mph. My next step is a tune pipe however i do have a few questions on that. Should i scrap the original pipe and start fresh with a custom ...

Thanks for all the help,
Now that the spree is broke in and im hitting 30+ MPH. I think the next step is the tune pipe, and the sb50 reeds. I was thinking also has anyone tried to change the clutch springs?? Anyways after that the next thing would be the belt.

use a #75 jet with stock air box, If you follow the directions that are given you will have no problem with breaking in your piston. And to answer your question noiseguy i havent touched the pully yet or the belt. Everything but the cylinder head is stock!

no not yet but i happen to like the uni filter however as posted before on another post it made it quite louder. I do think that i need to get a tuned pipe for it however im not really all that great with my math anymore. But i did email keith, so all i need now is to get my figures off the jug to ...

Honda Spree Big bore (Have one thanks to tazland001)

I Recieved a big bore kit (which by the way is top of the line quality)
Just thought that i would give some results while breaking in the piston and rings

1984 honda spree
Bone stock other than big bore kit

Results so far
Low end has improved dramatically
And though i havent gone to WOT I believe ...

The big bore kits are very real ( i personally have one ) It makes a dramatic difference and the guy that does them is on here! However the jetting is 95
