Where's the Needle Clip on a 1988 Elite ES/Pal?

I've been reading in the posts about adjusting the Needle Clip on the Fuel system on the Elites. I want to check mine because it's running slow, where the * is it?

Thanx

Should i drill the Baffles on my 1988 Honda Pal/Elite E?

It's a Canadian Honda Pal 50 and i'm wondering if it's worth it to drill out the 2 baffles in the silencer. It also has the variator on the crankend and i'm also wondering if it's restricted>

Thanx.

Drilling out Exhaust on a 1988 Pal/Elite 50.

I was wondering is the 1988 Pal/Elite 50 restricted in the Exhaust system (Washer) that needs to be ground out. The nuts on the head look rusted on real bad. Is it worth it?

Thanx
