After tampering with many things (cleaned the carb and others) I checked to see if I had spark. I couldn't get a spark. So I guess all along that was the problem. It has a brand new spark plug on there with proper gap I might just break down and go to a shop if electrical things are quite difficult ...

I checked the compression and it's around 113 so I'm guessing it must be some obstruction with the gas? When I took out the new plug I put it was slightly wet, Is it flooded?

let friend borrow spree for long journey now it doesn't star

Hi guys,

The other day I let my friend take the spree out for the day and when I got it back it didn't run but it was driving right into my parking garage so it must have worked until she turned it off. She ran it for about 1 hr probably close to around 55-65 km/h the whole way I had just bought it ...

Hey
Ya I read through the tech docs, manual and searched but can't find any real clear answers on that stuff, so was just wondering what would be best to clean the filter with just to make sure I won't use anything to flammable and would clean it throughly. And the spanner, the spark plug wrench I ...

I was just wondering what size spanner is needed for the standard NGK bpr6hsa plugs. What do you recommend to clean the air filter with?
Thanks :D

I've heard it's best to stick 87 oct. Maybe the hot temp plus the higher oct making the engine run hotter might not be too good but I dunno I'm a noob with scooters.

Hey guys thanks a lot for your help. 8)
I only have one line to install. I guess this line isn't for fuel or an oil line the tube appears to be clear with no smell of gas or oil maybe it's a vacuum tube? Sorry for being such a noob. I see a little metal spout located on the back of the carb? (From ...

Lines- Gas and Oil

Hi Guys,

I've been lurking for a bit but couldn't find what I was looking for in Haynes manual nor the 84-87 spree manual up in the tech docs.

Would someone be kind enough to take some pics of the oil and fuel lines and what the best way of securing them on would be (there were zip ties). Someone ...
