what number drill bit do i use to drill out a 68 jet to the size you think will work.

I used the supplied jet which i believe is a 100

we did try it with the stock air box and we got exactly the same results.

At half throttle it should be able to surpass twenty it seems like its leaning out on the top end.

I just got my spree running today after installing the 44mm big bore all was good until it hits 20mph then it sputters and stops accelerating. I'm running it with "free flow filter" and the provided jet. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Thanks Marc I appreciate your product support do you think a 44mm pocketbike piston ring will work until this new one comes. Cause its gotta run by this weekend.

I have tried to contacting him over the weekend but I got no reply. He must be on vacation or something. Until then I sit and wait.

During the installation of my new 44mm big bore my buddy broke one of the piston rings. I was wondering if anyone knows were I could get a replacement?

The 44mm big bore kit for the honda spree doesnt include any directions on which way you put the ring on. Were the ring is slit the edges arent parallel they look like a "v". Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Is that pipe bought or did you make it. It looks awesome.

Just ordered the big bore for my spree should i go ahead and order the #95 jet or will it be included in my kit. Also are there any other mods i can do to further increase the performance of the big bore.
