off of wornall just south of meyer blvd. do you know where to buy oil from locally in kc? mines red with a black milk crate

i understand that but will it be effective to drill holes after you remove the washer?

will drilling these holes make any differance if you're driving a "iowa" honda spree?

Okay so I understand that there's a washer inside the muffler but do I need to take the muffler off of the scooter and how do I get to where the washer is? I'm new to this but have been messing with the muffler and it doesnt look like there is any place to penetrate it.

It is an Iowa model. How can I enhance the speed from 25 ?

I purchased a 1985 Honda Spree that only tops out at 25mph. What can I do to enhance that up to 35 mph? Thanks.
