Does a 1986 honda spree have a clutch limiter on them? If so how easy is it to remove?

I was wondering the same thing but i have a 1986 honda spree 50 cc, Does my clutch have a clutch limiter?

Can i install aux driving light to my 1986 honda spree or any other thing thats electrical????
